A provision of House Bill 1013 requires the Department of Community Health (DCH) and the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner (OCI) to create a repository for tracking complaints received from consumers and health care providers regarding suspected mental health parity violations. The agencies are required to submit a report annually to the Georgia Data Analytics Center (GDAC). Using the repository data received from the agencies, GDAC must prepare a unified report for public consumption.
