Before joining GDAC, she worked as a Fiscal Policy Analyst III within OPB’s Education Division providing budgeting support to the Department of Education (DOE) and Governor’s Office of Student Achievement (GOSA). Prior to joining OPB, Nichole worked for the Department of Public Health as a Senior Data Analyst for the Women Infant and Children’s (WIC) Program where she assisted in the development of cost containment policies and procedures, responded to data requests from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and was instrumental in the development of a Universal Product Code (UPC) database that streamlined vendor shelf price submissions.
